Can anyone help?

I bought a new Walker Plus awning for my Eriba Troll recently - we have used it three times so far and each time it has leaked down caravan wall all across the main awning rail seam. Eriba strip us on securely and flap tucked over strip well. Has anyone had same problem with this kind of leak? Any solutions? or advice as to what to do? Everywhere else in the awning seems to be water tight and no leaks on seams, zips, windows etc, just main joint along the awning rail. Cascade of water running down side of caravan, splashing out over floor. Particularly bad at either end (front and back) and in the middle (where down pole for roof height extension is).

I see another person has also posted a similar problem with their Isabella awning...
