My renewal for the C&MC dropped through letterbox this morning. It seems to me that since it changed its name to include Motohome the membership fee has slowly crept up. The big two C&CC and C&MC used to be the same. Now it costs £42/year to join C&CC but £54/year to join C&MC.
Just saying.

Plus if you’re actually able to book a pitch with C&MC the site fees are more expensive. Are the sites so much better than C&CC? We belong to both but last year only booked on CL’s and CS’s. Think we will stay members of both for the moment purely for the small sites.

We are members of both but the advantage for us of the C & MC over the C & C C is that as we don't use the shower in our Troll we use the site showers a lot.

It does seem that many caravan & motorhome members use their own facilities whereas the large number of tenters on C & CC sites means that the showers and toilets seem to be much more busy, with a tendency to you having to queue more.
