Just spoke to Sandy at Jandi caravans and he informed me that Jean pased away on the 13 January. I'll miss her, had some great conversations with Jean and what she did'nt know about Hymer parts wasn't worth knowing.

I copied this from the Eriba Forum, very sad if its true.

Oh dear that is sad I have spoken to her a couple of times on the phone never met either of them. They have not been retired long and I don't think they where fully retired long. Morphy

What a great shame, she was always brilliant at helping out with any query or spare part. Will be very sadly missed.

Thoughts and prayers with Sandy at this very sad time.

So sad, such a helpful lady who many will remember for her kindness and guidance.I feel for Sandy who has been robbed of a soulmate for retirement.

Oh what sad news. I spoke to her several times last Autumn when we were arranging to send them a retirement present and she was very upbeat and looking forward to their retirement together.

So very sad for Sandy. We dealt with Jean a few times, bought our Triton from them and parts over the years. A very knowledgeable lady when it came to Eriba�s.

Very sad news, I spoke to Jean on a few occasions, such a friendly and helpful lady. She would try and help you when ordering items. The Eriba family has lost a Gem.
