As standard: separate washroom with electric flush toilet (new seat and cassette), hot and cold water to sink with extending shower attachment, kitchen areas with three burner gas hob and hot and cold water to sink, three way fridge, on board water tank, large seating area which converts to generous double bed, large table which can be attached to a rail on outside of caravan, gas heater, blinds and flyscreens to all windows, flyscreen to door, large wardrobe and lots of overhead lockers, pop up roof with immaculate canvas and flynets, spotlights and reading lights, outside light, mains 240v hookup, three pin socket in side of van for outside, leisure battery (one year old).

Extras: electric motormover, cover (bit of recent storm damage!), full propane gas bottle, hitch lock, wheel lock (not in picture), pop up three pin socket tower in kitchen, Milenca noseweight gauge, Milenca towing mirrors, pump hose if outside water tank used, grey waste tank.
