Hi all, we have just bought a 2005 Triton 430GT and it's fab-u-lous. It's our third Eriba; our first was a 2000 Triton 420 and then we moved on to a 1999 Triton 430 that we imported from Holland. We are so happy to be back to an Eriba after a couple of years hiring motorhomes, but eventually realising we really, really prefer caravans! Hoping to add a Caravanstore (the one feature we liked on the motorhome - albeit a fixed, wind out one), but confused as to whether the 225, 255 or 280 is the right length to buy - we have read on here people saying all those sizes are the best for a Triton... Anyway, first trip away starting on Good Friday - HOORAH!

Welcome. We are Caravanstore owners and have had them on all of our Eribas. The 280 is the largest you will be able to fit. If a smaller model comes up at a good price do not be tempted to go for it as you end up wanting more shade and you'll have the weaker 3 section legs found on the shorter models.
We use ours now on the back of the van as we have a couple of awnings for the door side an a simple canvas Isabella shade. The photos show a 280 on our Triton.

Edit, just re-read and I see you want a wind out one, very posh and above my pay grade. I'm sure somebody will be along soon and advise.

Hello Simon and Claire! It was lovely meeting you on your first trip away! By the way, can you tell me where you got the weather strip you were talking about?
Many thanks, good caravanning and hope to see you both again some time! (by the way, we will probably head south at the end of June)

Hello!
Norfolk seems so long ago already! - it's great to hear from you.
The awning strip is here:
http://www.sealsdirect.co.uk/pdf/ETS1395DR.pdf (this is the detail about it - you need to remove the last bit and go straight to the site)
If you then use the search window on the site to look for it, it doesn't come up. So, you will need to navigate to it: click on "Caravan and Motorhome Seals" then "Edge Trims with Lip Seal" and scroll to the end. Apparently a Triton needs 2.8m, so I bought 3m. Not sure how much your Puck will need.
