The caravan is in good condition and has been fitted with a mover and leisure battery. It has just been been serviced and the tyres were replaced last summer. Also included is a frame canvas awning. The unladen weight is 700kg.

The caravan has all the standard Eriba features - 3 burner hob, Truma gas heater, 70 litre fridge and has a 4 person dinette which converts to the double bed. There are blackout blinds, insect screens and curtains on all windows and the door includes a insect screen. There is a separate washroom which includes a Thetford toilet.
