Our new (to us) 2005 Triton 430GT bathroom door rattles whenever the wind gets up. looking at it I see that the bottom catch retainer is missing. Anyone know where you can get one? Or even what it's called so I can search effectively? I'll add a couple of photos of the top one that's still there.

You are not missing a retainer, but in possession of an after market fit. Owners have fitted different catches, stays etc over the years to keep the door in place, as it can have a mind of its own.

Aha! That makes sense... It has that triple claw rod running to the bottom of the door, with nothing to grip on, although there are screw holes in the door frame showing where something was attached...!

Ah, if it is similar to the one in the wardrobe it could have been an original fit. I forgot about the change. I think JohnE posted some time ago about the parts as they are generic and available from some caravan parts suppliers.

The main source of rattle seems to be the rotating claw and the brown sleeve covering the operating rod down to the latch. I have found that a bit of windscreen washer pipe split lengthways and then pushed up against the base of the rotating claw dampens that sound a lot. DSCN3670.JPG - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)
