Further to my posting, I took a chance & purchased one of the loo raisers mentioned & although after removing the seat from the existing loo, the raiser fits the pan, the seat then does not fit the raiser, as the hinges are completely different. All you late Eriba owners, with a C402 loo, it would appear that Thetford do not make a raiser that fits our later loo's & seats. I have enquired at Thetford (no reply), dealers up North & down the South Coast & am waiting for their replies, come-on Thetford, sort this out please.

The C2/3/4 Thetford toilets for which the extension was designed, were discontinued about a decade ago.

As you've seen from the response on here few people knew such a thing was available, so I suspect it wasn't a big seller and that's probably why they've not produced similar items for their more recent ranges.

We have a super-talented wood worker here. Perhaps you could ask for a custom made one!
