Serviced end of 2020, no advisories with the caravan & 2 new tyres fitted.
Fixed bed to the rear. Cavernous storage underneath which can be accessed from lifting the bed up on self tapping struts or there is a small access door on the side. I have a double Ikea memory foam mattress currently installed but the original cushions are dry stored and will be included in the sale.
Front dinette - have your morning cuppa watching the world go by, storage underneath each seat. Converts to a single bed if you wish to.
3 way fridge with a small freezer - I've just used this at a festival on gas & it lit first time. Also works on hook up and when towing.
3 hob cooker with glass lid, all works fine.
Gas fire. I've not actually used this as I tend to use sites with hook up & a small oil radiator but it worked fine on the service.
Sink with fresh & grey waste canister.
2 bins, one on the door & 1 under the sink
Wardrobe - with a secret floor hatch to behind the fire to hide your valuables.
Tailor made curtains, nice and dark when the sun is out.
All blinds & fly screens are working.
6kg Propane gas bottle included, though I'm not sure how much is left.
Hitch & Wheel Lock are included.
Only slight fault is there is a small crack in the front bumper about the size of a 50p - this was there when I bought it. I've put a sticker over it but I've peeled that off so there is no hidden surprises for the buyer.
One of the catches on the front window has sheered off, I believe this is an easy fix but I'm not very handy at DIY. The price is reduced to reflect this should you wish to fix yourself, but these don't affect the workings of the caravan.
The caravan is stored in a secure yard, any viewings to be pre-arranged and I will meet you there.
