Eriba Familia 320 GT caravan (2002) + Khayam awning + sun canopy + lots of extras – ready to go!

£8,950

Beautiful and iconic. Lightweight and easy to tow, even with a small car and lovely to be in or sit outside in the sun!

Genuine reason for sale (we’ve upgraded to a different Eriba).

We bought this caravan in 2018 and it's been fabulous taking us on trips around the Peak District and a super holiday in Cornwall before everything stopped for Covid. During lockdown, our caravan was stored securely and protected from the elements under its Protec breathable cover – it is now ready for the next owner with a full independent service, habitation check and brand new tyres for peace of mind.

The Eriba Familia is a classic caravan with lovely two-tone white and silver bodywork. Considering it’s 20 years old, it’s in great condition for its age.

Due to their amazing pop-top design Eriba caravans can be stored in a standard domestic garage and are more fuel efficient for towing!

Our lovely Eriba Familia 320 GT comes with a comprehensive set of instruction/maintenance manuals on board for the caravan and appliances.

It’s a 2-berth caravan which can be expanded with the awning for family holidays.

There is a large seating area that easily accommodates 4-6 people and converts into a large, stable and comfortable double bed with sprung mattresses. My husband is 6’ and we can sleep comfortably.

Over the seating area there are aircraft-style overhead lockers providing ample storage with task lights in the corners. The windows all incorporate blackout blinds, flyscreens, curtains and nets.

There is also a well-equipped kitchen with large 3-way (240v, 12v or gas) 70 litre Electrolux fridge with freezer compartment, three hob gas cooker and sink with hot/cold mixer tap and folding worktop covers.

The bathroom and toilet are configured in a wet-room layout, with sink and hot/cold mixer tap, Thetford toilet, storage lockers and courtesy lights over a mirror.

We’re selling our caravan as a complete caravanning holiday package including:
* Truma gas heater with auto ignition
* Water heater
* 240v and 12v power outlets and lighting
* hook up/charging facility with new leisure battery 2017 (kept on trickle charge in storage)
* twin gas bottle closet (1 gas bottle included)
* external access locker to under bed storage
* spare wheel and carrier
* Al-Ko AKS stabiliser and hitchlock
* Alloy wheels with brand new tyres (2022) with locking wheel nuts
* Reich remote control motor-mover

All appliances are very clean and in good working condition. This caravan has been very well cared for over the years.

In addition, we will also include (all in very good condition):
* a Khayam motor dome tourer drive away awning
* a Socaplair sun canopy
* a Protec ‘made to measure’ breathable winter cover

Other extras include:
* hook up lead
* two waste water containers
* fresh water container and pump
* electric frost heater
* internal good quality mats
* Sabachi portable grill/oven 230v
* adjustable external Vision Plus TV aerial
* TV and Freeview box (came with the caravan when we bought it but we have not used or tested either)
* Milenco caravan leveller
* wheel lock/clamp

We bought the caravan with a known historical damp issue – this is well documented on Eriba forums where the high-level brake light seal perishes over time and begins to let damp in. This has caused some cosmetic staining inside the caravan (see pictures) but it is dry and a new brake light was installed and re-sealed. We have kept the old brake light to show anyone.

The staining has never bothered us because it's not that noticeable.

We have just had the caravan fully serviced and it passed with no issues. The habitation check showed no damp issues either (a copy of the full service will be provided to the new owner).

There are one or two very minor dings to the bodywork – these are hardly noticeable and there are no big dents or major damage.

The chassis is in very good condition and all moving parts have been greased regularly.

All soft furnishings and curtains are in very good clean condition and stored in our smoke-free home when we’re not using the caravan.

The cutlery drawer is missing but the drawer front is in place and therefore doesn’t affect the look of the interior. It was like this when we bought it but with all the storage we have not needed it.

All in all, it is an honest classic caravan that is ready for you to take touring.

We are happy for you to arrange to view before bidding and welcome any inspection prior to purchase.

Ultimately, our caravan is sold as seen with no warranty implied or otherwise.

We can deliver (UK mainland only) for an extra charge (all funds to be cleared before delivery) or you can arrange to collect yourself from Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire.

Advertised elsewhere so we reserve the right to withdraw at any time.
