Hello again
Our first time away in our 1999 Eriba Pan Duo Familia and we can hear a low humming noise at night when it's quiet. We've tracked it down to the transformer (image attached). It doesn't bother me so much but it does my partner.
Can anyone point us in the direction of how we go about fixing this please? Like I say, it's not a massive issue but when you seek peace and quiet it's a bit annoying having a constant humming noise in the background when it's time for bed.

Dan, take the front cover off (2 screws, one each side) and the transformer is held down with 2 long screws - tighten them up and see if that does the trick.

I was just going to suggest contacting John and he beat me to it!
If it's a faulty transformer, I have the one I removed from our Triton that you are welcome to have but I suspect an upgrade similar to the one John did for us would be a better investment. Here's a link:Updating the BIP unit

Thanks for the quick responses John and Aaron and your kind offer of your transformer. I shall try tightening the long screws and if that doesn't work I'll look into the upgrade - that's a handy link to have, thanks, and will help a lot.
