Does anyone know if JandI are still in business as I haven’t been able to reach them over the last 3 days?

I can’t reach JandI by telephone and wonder if they are still in business, if anyone can confirm, I would be grateful. Been trying for the last 3 days. Alternatively does anyone know a supplier of the correct size of ‘rubber’ that goes between the aluminium waist rail and the body. Mine has suffered plasticiser migration and black mold and could do with replacing? Thanks.

I had nothing to do on this hot afternoon
But to settle down and write you a line

Skoda Karoq 1.5 Petrol DSG and a 420. A Bailey Phoenix + 420, with oven, microwave, shower cubicle, solar panel, ATC and external gas point.
