Sold Motorhome! Eribalife here we come!

Hi everyone.
We have just sold our beloved 9.3m American RV after over 5 years of ownership. She was a godsend during lockdown and we even lived in her for a year when our daughter and family's plans to emigrate were delayed.
Will be buying an Eriba to continue our adventures and can't wait to find our perfect match. Having been campervanners in the past, smaller outfits are our first love and we can't wait. Haven't ever towed a caravan though, so a little apprehensive about that!
Looking forward to gathering information, advice and ideas from this forum.

Hi Cheryl and welcome to Eribafolk
As long as you're satisfied that you can do a great deal of downsizing, then you'll love owning an Eriba. There are so many models to chose from dependant on how many you wish to sleep (3 is normally the greatest number, maybe 4) and whether you want a built in loo. The shower space is a bit limited.
I say that because recently we have seen so many folk who have forked out a lot of money on an Eriba without perhaps thinking it through and a year later it is up for sale. As long as you're well organised an Eriba can do as much as, if not more than a regular sized campervan with the added bonus that you can leave it on site and use the car for exploration. The number of Motorhomes we see towing cars is laughable.
You might wish to consider going for an older model for a year or two (or forever) rather than splash out loads of cash on a new one. The older ones are often of a better build quality and sell on easily without necessarily losing any money. Over ten year old models hold thier prices well.
Here are some layout diagrams to be going on with. Note that the Puck and PuckL stopped manufacture in 2009 and the more recent Trolls have some additional models since 2009. However the Pontos is no longer made.

Hi Randa and thank you so much for taking the time to message with such good advice. We have been torn between a new and secondhand one and really like the Trolls with fixed beds. We are very good in a small space having spent years in a 5m campervan with no loo before the motorhome, so I think we will be very happy with an Eriba :). Looking forward to sharing our travels once we find her!

Hi We had a 7.5 mtr Motorhome for several years and purchased a new Troll 542 in 2018. In was the best thing we ever did , it was perfect for us in every respect especially the bed as it was huge and so comfortable.
Unfortunately we had to sell it recently due to my wife’s ongoing poor health and lack of use, we would certainly recommend Eriba without any hesitation.
Which ever model you go for I am sure you will be delighted with it.
Happy Adventures to you
