However, the journey has taken its toll, one of the light fittings has detached from the cupboard. Can I get a replacement?? I want to switch them all to LED.

Do you mean the strip-style light fitting? Or the spot type? I have converted all mine to LED just by buying bulbs with the right fittings.

How has it detached? Have the screws pulled out of the wood? You can refit by just moving it slightly and screwing back in, or you may be able to small plastic screw plugs in the damaged holes?
