Can anyone help when driving the fans are still blowing out very hot air - have tried all the dials but no luck

no photo, are you on about trauma ultraheat with the fan?
the fan switch is placed in middle to turn off, the unit situated on top of fire in 2000 vans
left and right switch placements keep fan running, one side is speed other side is temp control
to turn ultraheat off turn the outer grey ring to zero unit situated on side wall of wardrobe

if car fan is running is aircon on? enough coolant in bottle? or car battery making ecu protect itself by turning fan on to flatten battery
