Our Van is in excellent condition throughout, it has had very little use (around 4 weeks per year on average) and as a result is in remarkably good unworn condition.

There are two small dinks to the bodywork – see photo which are hardly noticeable and never bothered us when we bought it in April 2018.

We last had it serviced in June this year including a full damp report with no issues.
The tyres and leisure battery have both been changed in the last couple of years.

My Wife has made some lovely seat covers for the main living area using Orla Kiely fabric.

The bodywork has been fastidiously looked after being waxed twice a year including a super resin wax on the roof.
Our van has always been stored at home under a protec cover and on electric hook-up to keep the battery topped up and we have ventilated it during the Winter to keep it aired.

The reason for selling is that we have bought a 2021 420 from friends of ours and was an offer to good to miss, otherwise we had no intention of selling!
