Hi,
This is exactly where a 3d printer comes into its own. It would cost pennies to print a new one.
I’ll take a look at ours tomorrow and see if it’s something I can CAD up. I’ll also look at whether it’s possible to design a ‘key’ to release them.
Has anyone got facility to create the cad model? - we’re off to France on Friday.🙂

I had to replace the battery in our fridge and couldn't get the carrier out. After trying to use a small screwdriver and failing, I bought a replacement gas igniter.

The downside was that the fridge was difficult to remove. Once it was out though, replacing the gas igniter was easy.

I discovered I couldn't get the battery out because the thin metal connection on the carrier's base had bent and jammed the whole thing. I don't think they are very well designed.

Wenn Sie hier auf Links zu eBay klicken und einen Kauf tätigen, kann dies dazu führen, dass diese Website eine Provision erhält.

This might be easier than printing!

I’ve just taken mine out using my usual technique:- A big lump of blu-tack rolled to the required diameter.👍
