Having just got our 2015 troll should I carry a spare water tank pump because I'm a just in case person ....don't laugh........and if so we're can I obtain a pump . I think the Lady in Scotland who dealt with Eriba spares as closed down so I'm a bit stumped as to where I can get one.

The water pumps are not an Eriba specific product, they are easily available on line or at regular caravan accessory shops. They are all 12Vdc but have different flow rates. Yours should have the specification on the pump somewhere. It's not that vital though.

Phil
My advice would be to never use the pink stuff in your top tank as it can cause the pump to block up with black bits that jam it. This can be cleaned out if you have small hands but is a bit fiddly if you have big fists like me.

I would suggest using a very weak solution of green stuff in the top tank if you want a nice smell.
