Isabella Shadow 400

I know that Isabella Shadow 360s fit well on a Troll, but has anyone got or tried a 400? Planning on upgrading from my Shadow 300, but want to get the right one...

Hi Simon. We upgraded from 3 metres to 3.6 metres a couple of years ago and are delighted with the move BUT there is no more room for another 400mm.

On our Troll, the fixing beads already go round each curve by about 50mm and the actual fabric measurement is around 3.55 metres so is AOK>

We had carried a brand new Shadow 300 for two years, then tried it out on our Triton last year and used only that for the rest of the season! They are so good. I did adapt mine to have three vertical poles (adding a big eyelet in the orange triangle on the main panel), but that extra cover would be great on our new-to-us 2016 Troll 540 that's coming soon to our household (don't tell Poppy our Triton as she doesn't know yet...)

It looks like a 360 would be perfect, really. I just saw a very good secondhand 400 going relatively cheap online. I'll keep the 300 for the other side of the caravan in hot weather.

Yes, the 360 comes with three poles. We've further adapted ours so that it has an apex pole and two side poles as well.
