ERIBA Familia 310 Touring.
Reluctantly having to sell our dear Eriba. We bought it at the end of October 2016 from Adventure Leisure Vehicles. It was their ERIBA 310 demonstrator and is a 2014 model. We’re the only ones to have slept in it; only ‘owners’. The permanent bed configuration, was the deal breaker for us.
Ever winter it has been stored under a Pro-Tech cover with constant low-level heating and permanently running dehumidifier.
We are asking £12950 for the following:
Modifications and additions (see online for standard spec):
• On delivery we removed the fancy curtains (not our style) box stored them. The van was for two of us with no intention of ‘off gridding’ so removed (and currently box stored) the extras that make up the 3rd bed option. This enabled us to install a Thetford Portapotti TOILET, very discreetly. Great for night time, a strict no No2 policy! Sale includes all above.
• It has the upgraded 1050kgs chassis.
• Also, there’s spare wheel which was an option at purchase.
• The standard mickey mouse water tank (which takes up internal storage space) was professionally replaced with electric water pump, external fittings and a 40L aquaroll.
• Added matching 13amp socket and dedicated USB chargers.
• Two 6kg Lite calor propane tanks. One full. We also have a standard 6kg full bottle.
• I have replaced the notoriously vulnerable grey plastic tow hitch cover, with a new one. I’ve left the protective plastic covering on it.
Sale will also include:
• Range of locks, wheel savers, portable external waste. Two cables. Other tuff.
• Pro-Tech winter cover (receipt for £279)
• Sun/rain canopy from Caravan Canopy. Bespoke Eriba 310. Can’t remember price. V handy. No longer on their website, perhaps £180ish.
Receipted service and repairs:
• January 2022: Fridge repair and Chassis service, by Leisuretech (Clitheroe). They are authorised Dometic engineers and approved workshop. £819.
• August 2018: repair gas regulator £99.
• January 2017: above mentioned installation of water pump £194.
Blemishes
• I can see three small dints on one side and a branch line on same side. These are only noticeable if you purposely look for blemishes.
• The internal cupboard hinges are a weakness in the design and I’ve repaired a few of them and installed restrictors on all.
The deal
Whatever you pay, it will be a lot of money to me. So I’d be happy with you doing an electronic bank transfer (while at my house would be fine). When the money pings into my account, I’ll help hitch up, give you the keys and shake your hand.
Worth noting:
• With the permanent bed option, comes a huge volume of storage under it. Accessible lifting the bed and an outside hatch. There’s hanging wardrobe space. And a surprising amount of storage in the cupboards at eye level.
• There is a gas heater and the fridge is a three way. It has a freezer compartment.
• Double burner gas hob with glass top. Sink cover which is also an integrated chopping board.
