Thank you to everyone for a great weekend and for making us welcome. Just back from our trip up North, the Eriba was excellent... Sporting its new awning. Look forward to another meet, especially if we can have a camp fire!

Glad you enjoyed yourself mate. Judging by one of the photos it certainly looked as though you did?

Just made the yogurt bread that Grayday gave me the recipe for. Don't know that it will last very long!

Not from me if we see you at the end of another long trip! You have to cook it in an oven. Unless, maybe I could make it in the halogen oven? Hmmmmmmm.................................

According to the weekend telephone call to daughter Laura earlier, PapaSmurf's jokes are now permeating the London 'Arts' scene, as she loved him and has spread the 'Papasmurf' word. She also said she had been busy telling everyone what a lovely time she'd had at the EribaFolk meet, so you guys truly do span the generations :)

There you go Laura. Especially for you (I'm sure PapaSmurf won't mind. Chris might be a bit jealous though )

Along with everyone else who was still at the meet by the time I got there on the Sunday, Frank (Papasmurf) was very welcoming and helpful to me:-). He had his own, idiosyncratic, way of imparting that knowledge for sure, but I feel enriched by his company... and that of Chris too of course. Every day is a school day. I suspect that they harbour a rich vein of life stories...

Just a quick question... On an Eriba Puck, do the stripes at the bottom come off (either the brown or silver ones)? Are they transfers or painted on?

Also, are ALL Pucks braked?
