Heeeello how the heck do I get the hub caps off? They are the chrome ones. I want to paint the wheels but need to take the caps off. They seem stuck!

They can and will rust on if not removed regularly, a tap with a soft hammer (protect your hub caps with a folded towel or some such padding to prevent denting) usually helps. The more usual way is with a screwdriver to lever them off. Be careful of using sprays like WD40 etc, we are talking brakes behind the wheel and need to be cautious
