Yes we've got easy dry towels in the car and at home, not the same though as ours don't have the plastic storage tube. Got ours at Crufts, six for £20. Like the tube idea for in the car, it's easy to dampen them at home. Bought these at a show recently to help with the heatwave, very good. http://www.muddypaws.co.uk/dog-coats-clo...og-cooling-coat

[hello]
we have 2 solar panels that charge the 80amp hour battery, for electric we turn on a 300watt inverter and a newly installed1500watt inverter. the 300 watt inverter doesn't run the battery down too fast, we have run a energy saving bulb for 8 hours with the battery still at 12volts according to the device.
we have run off battery inverter for 17days and only stopped because we had to return home. the solar keeps battery topped up over winter, although taps need to be disconnected from electric system to leave open to stop frost damage.
if we have a power cut I can just pop in eriba to complete a task, or charge the phone.

most people say using an inverter runs the batteries down to fast, but we have found running off battery alone without inverter runs the battery down faster
somehow they have wired the inverter into the main board allowing the eriba to work off inverter. so perhaps the charger works, (I don't really know)

we don't have a fixed water heater in our eriba, but if on ehu use a 'super kettle' (not tried the 1500watt inverter yet) or use the gas kettle, which is normally on for the cuppas around the washing up time..

we have a Outwell country road awning that we attached an extra awning rail strip to extend the tunnel past the back window on the eriba.(mentioned in the awning section or on the blog) we had fun and games using a electric domestic machine, but a vintage 201 handcrank/ treadle would tackle with ease. (just sewn a rather thick applique needle went through like the material was butter attached the awning remnant strip to the project.)

hope this info helps
P
