If any folk are near Basingstoke in any way, visit the Milestones museum. it's on the leisure park area of the brown signs from Jct 7 M3. We have just spent a day there with our 7yr old grandaughter who loved it.

It is excellent, well conceived and presented and they give... give you the audio sets, booklets, clipboards and pencils too. We took a picnic and ate that inside on their eating area.

Lots of mature folk there without kids also.
