Billy Smarts Circus

It's on Southsea common at present and we were there to search the Navy memorial for two relatives. We found one but oddly not the other although he is named on lists referring to the cenotaph.

The circus is extremely good, no animals of course but our 7yr old granddaughter loved it, 1st time for her. Carole and I can't remember the last time we went but it must be when we had the kids over 40 yrs back.

Rol up before Sunday if you want to go.

Last circus for me would be over 50 years ago maybe even 55 Unless we count Picadilly and Oxford

I remember Coco the clown though

One thing they were light on is clowns. Only one and not dressed up, did bits of intervals and linking.
