My fuse keeps when i switch on outside light on but not every time ,This also knocks out bathroom light i assume its on the same circuit any ideas for me to check

Could be a short or bad contact caused by rust at the outside light end of the cable. I'd be tempted to first remove the outside light cover and check alls well at that end.

Be careful if your outside light is a "prise fitting" ie no screws, they become very brittle with degradation
