Our two grandsons (brothers) gave us their list this week. I am not going to bore you with it all here, but the 9 year old ( to be 10 on Dec 25th) wants a quad bike!!!!!!!!!!!
The other one, 7 and half who has his troubles in dispraxia wants a computer game called Skylander. On checking that, it's hugely pricey just for the starter then there are all the characters - phew!
I think there will be a limited sum voucher for them both and a small wrapped token gift on the day when we're all round at our daughter's place for lunch. The youngest doesn't understand a piece of paper so his parents will have to take care of the tantrum.

My OH plays theClarianet, and now wants to learn Saxaphone and has left clues around the house (like a letter to Santa) that this is what she wants for Christmas. I've said OK, as long as next year she does not take up the fiddle.
There's enough Sax and Violins in the world.
