Hi All
We are Clive and Sheila just getting started on the forum. We bought the 2013 Triton last Easter had a couple of small trips weekends away, North Yorkshire, Norfolk and a nice trip to Coniston. We built a canoe last year and wanted to try it out. The car and caravan with canoe on top all looked very busy. We have a little dog called tashi a Tibetan Terrier and its nice being able to take her with us.
Just been putting a pumped hot and cold water system in the 430 last weekend, looks like it all works.

Hello Sheila here - Clive doesn't seem to know where he has been! It was Ullswater not Coniston, well, close it was the Lakedistrict.

Good morning Clive and Sheila and thanks for introducing yourselves. Welcome to Eribafolk.
I'm sure others would be interested if you have any tips and advice about the installation of your pumped hot water system.

Clive and Sheila,

As a point of interest we (Kathy and I) regularly walk and dog-sit a Tibetan terrier named - - - Tashi ! He is about 4 years old and unfortunately is 'under the vet' at the moment following an eye operation, like a cataract rectification, which apparently can be a problem with the breed :(

p.s. We too have a canoe, but a blowup one!! can pack it in the back of the car easily. Were you able to canoe on all the lakes in the lake district, as it's somewhere we would like to go.

I can only speak re Ullswater. It's free to put anything on Ullswater. However the slipway owner could make a charge. The caravan site we stopped at had a slipway. So that was free to. The only downside is there is a speed limit.

What are the chances of that our dog tashi is a female 8 years old and touchwood at present in good health. I do hope your friends dog recovers 4 years is no age at all.
I am aware of the eye issue with Tibetan's and gather that most breeding dogs are hip scored and eye tested.

That's very kind of you we just followed some plans and one day we had a canoe. Took about a year to build not full time just weekends and when we could fit it in.
To be perfectly honest nobody was more surprised than us
