Jockey Wheel?

I'm fascinated by the unusual yellow colour on daveg's jockey wheel tyre, as seen on a photograph he published on Facebook. Here's a portion of photo ( I didn't want to copy the whole thing without his permission).

I think it's probably a "puncture proof" tyre and I love the colour.
