Reda Awning

Hi all, I have what seems to be a Reda Vera awning with my recently acquired. Troll. It looks to be high quality, and it looks great in the Reda online brochure...... if only I could use it!

No-one can work out the pole arrangement for it, and I expect that something is missing. The instructions do not show that level of detail.

I have emailed Reda twice with this query but have no response.

Can anyone assist please?

Aha! The mysterious Reda Vera Awning
A few people have tried to find out more, without success.
Cruickie has one (see awning gallery) and I'm sure that if you send him a PM he might be able to advise you.
He lives in the Netherlands and visits the forum every couple of weeks. A PM will show up on his Email however.
