Latest Newbie here

Just bought a beautiful little Puck.

Have been drooling over Eribas for quite a few years & decided it was time to get wheeled up after last music festival hike with all my camping gear lead me to need physio. Ouch. It appears one is not young forever!!

I'm an experienced camper but naïve Pucker so please be patient if my questions have been asked a million times before!!!!

I look forward to getting to know you all a little better.....

Hi EllieMay and welcome to Eribafolk. Don't be bashful about asking questions. That how we all started and we all learn something new about Eribas every day.

Hi there Steve & Bev. Nice to be in touch you again.

I had the tow bar fitted on Friday but must admit I've lost my bottle about towing it!! Petrified I'm going to get stuck somewhere. Ha ha.

Plan to take it out over the weekend when it's quiet for a bit of practice.

Other than that I'm delighted. She's certainly a little beauty. Visit her regularly, more regularly than I ever visited my daughter!!!!

Ellie I was nervous about towing and have only done it twice but found it was a dodle . You will wonder why you were apprehensive.

Julie and Neil.
Don't worry about towing, Eribas are so easy to tow and if you do get stuck a Puck is easy enough to disconnect, push around and rehitch when you are sorted. As for questions, ask away, we all started out with no knowledge. Some of us (me) still don't have much more.

Thanks for all the welcomes!!!

She's a millennium baby (born 2000) so have called her Millie. Husband thinks I'm nuts. Apparently she's "just a caravan". He's got lot to learn

Main reason for being nervous is I'm towing her with a Fiat 500 & she's in a bit of a valley. Have been over researching if my car will get her up the hill & the doom merchants have convinced me she'll never get to the top!! (quote "A Fiat 500 couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding")

Meep

Hello and welcome.
I towed about 20 years ago. A horse box and small trailers. But am also getting a puck when i find one for right price and age. But like you am terrified of pulling again. But i know i will settle into it when i get going. Just take it easy . Dont worry about anyone behind to start with and will be ok.

Love Fiat 500s. Don't know about the towing capability though. Have you checked "whattowcar"?
