You know the situation, a bug follows you into your caravan and starts to bounce off the windows, you open a window and it moves on to the next window then back to the open window but lacks the intelligence to go out through it. Well now you can give it a playful shove with a ball of air.

On Sunday we had the annual emergence of trillions of flying ants from the back lawn.
Dozy things, easy to kill but many were picked off by blackbirds or went up in the air to the seagulls looking for a starter before their main course of chips.

I was visiting my daughter recently when I asked if I could borrow a newspaper.
"This is the 21st century Dad," she said. "Here, use my iPad."
I'll tell you what, that pesky fly never knew what hit him.
‘When passenger of foot heave in sight, tootle the horn. Trumpet him melodiously at first, but if he still obstacles your passage then tootle him with vigour.'

The Executioner is doing sterling work here in the South of France. It will blow the wings off a standard house fly with a satisfying blend of sparks and odour but only tends to irritate the local hornets!
