Hi everyone,

Reluctantly, I need to sell my Familia 310GT as I am about to emigrate. I've left it as long as possible in order to try to get the most from the summer but now is the time.

I bought it new in August 2008 from the Eriba dealer in Lechlade and have been the only owner throughout. With no kids, no rough handling, it is good condition throughout. It has been stored in my garage whenever not being used and so has no algal growth, discolouration, etc. It does have one small superficial dent to the exterior but this can easily be fixed. Two new tyres were fitted in Apr 2015, it has a spare wheel (locked), two sets of keys and all original paperwork.

It has the Diamond Plus pack with option 2 equipment level (Avignon Upholstery, sprung seats/bed, fly screens, blinds, leisure battery, winter pack, spare wheel, lock wheel nuts).
Winterhof WS 3000 stabiliser tow hitch with Winterhof Hitchlock.
Dinette at front with table seating for 2 and makes into single bed. Storage below.
Dinette at rear with table seating for 4 and makes into double bed. Double bench seating allows access to storage space below. Left hand storage houses electric distribution and leisure battery. Right hand storage has external locker door.
Cabin has 3 x lights under eye-level storage cupboards (front, galley, rear) and 3 x 13AMP sockets (rear floor level, rear seat height, front floor level).
Galley has 3-burner hob, sink with electric tap, 3-way fridge, internal fresh water storage, storage cupboards).
All windows open, blinds to all windows, insect screens to all windows and door, curtains plus net curtains to all windows except galley.
Hanging wardrobe.
Trumatic gas heater.
