There still seems to be a lot of confusion regarding using the Picture Gallery so I would like to point out the two threads I've linked to above.

One of the regular mistakes members are making when preparing to upload new images is that they are clicking the wrong upload button with the result that they are creating a new sub-gallery within the gallery.

If you look at the image below, I have circled in red the button that members should be using to perform their upload. Please ignore the larger semi-rectangular orange button at the top of the page.

Once the correct upload button has been pressed then this is what the next screen should look like:-
