I think that might be the model that came without a sink cover and if it's the same as the one on our Triton try e-bay and enter the following. (Do measure your sink first and check the measurement on the e-bay ad.)

Plastic chopping board for Swift or Sterling caravan circular kitchen sink CSCB2

Or go to www.swiftgroup.co.uk and find a dealer near you.

(I got mine from Great Yarmouth caravans but I don't suppose that's any use to you!)

Did you take the dog with you when you went to collect your Triton. If so I'd be pleased to hear some details of the ferry trip. We've taken our to France - Dover to Calais, but going to Holland involves a longer journey.

Thanks for that - the Triton had the touring pack and the order confirmation (in Dutch!) did say thata sink cover was included - we didnt spot it was missing in the excitement! I've e-mailed the dealer about it so hopefully he will send one over - if not then I'll try e-bay or maybe get a local chippy to knock one up

Hamish (the dog) stayed at home but there were others with dogs on the ferry - they just seemed to keep them in their cabins.
It is quite a long crossing - we did Newcastle - Amsterdam but we live in Northumberland so it is only a 25 milre drive to the port.
The Eriba dealer was only 16 miles from the port in Holland so not much driving at all really.

We used a circular tray for our more practical sink cover. You obviously want the proper cover and rightly so BUT we bought 2 trays from Morrisons and they fitted perfectly

Thanks. If we go next year we will probably go from Harwich to the Hook of Holland by Stena line. I understand that dogs have to go into kennels on board. All to be researched over the winter.

There was definately a dog in the cabin next to us - we heard it barking and there was definately a poorly dutchman on the other side - we heard him barfing - it was quite a rough crossing!

Yay - my sink cover has arrived at last - the Dutch dealer ordered one from Hymer and sent it over FOC (it should have come with the Triton anyway).
Now my sink has a cover and my chopper has a board

They have some cabins with dogs permitted so you can keep them with you rather than putting them into the onboard kennel.
