Phew its Hot

I recently for the first time used the gas heater in the Eriba as I had been concerned about it in a caravan. All my fears were quickly removed. What a wonderful little heater. The Eriba warmed up in no time and was so hot even on No1 low setting that I was sitting in my tee shirt. I have booked a few winter trips and was really concerned I was foolish going away in the winter months but the Eriba is fantastically insulated. Although I will be investing in a electric oil free to make the most of EHU rather than my gas.

We were exactly the same as you, with the same results. Also very impressed. Is a fantastic back up heater, when not on EHU.

We usually use the gas if we have been out for the day and it is very cold, we will blast the van with the gas fire to get it up to temperature quickly and then switch to the Ultra heat element which is hot enough to use on its own......

oK Poptop no need to rub it in. I only have the basic and no Ultra heat but now I see the benefits of the two systems as it would save my gas if I also had blown heating.
