CRIS

I read on here a post where someone was not very impressed with CRIS.
Well I paid to have the registration and marker kit back in June, still not received the kit.
Numerous phone calls to them, always with a promise to investigate and then phone back to find out what is going on.
Rob now on phone asking for his money back.
Any one else had similar?

Yes, we had exactly the same experience. However, I persisted and ended up with two sets of documents! I was told that CRIS have problems getting authentication of ERIBA serial numbers and production dates from Hymer - but I'm not sure whether this is the case. Having obtained registration for our Puck I'm not sure whether it was worthwhile but I hope it is a deterrent for those who might want to steal it - who knows.

This is not a great advert for when you're 'trying to do the right thing' by registering the caravan.
Thanks for sharing - I hope the customer service gets much better much quicker!
Best of luck obtaining your documents now.
