Fresh water

We have just bought an Eriba Puck. My tenting days are over (until the kids make us sleep in the roof tent so they can be in the Eriba!)
We don't want to spend loads on a fresh water container, but as it seems to have a very nice pump we would like to make use of it. Probably won't need lots of water as there is no bathroom. Thinking about storage as well.
Any recommendations please? For waste water a collapsible bucket seems like a good idea.
Thank you.

Hi I moved your topic from the reference section so people can reply to it.
The pump should be in a 20L container under the sink is it missing?

Thank you. The pump connects to the outside of the caravan and there is no water container.

In that case something like this

Be sure the opening is big enough to allow the pump to fit through.
A bucket or open topped vessel will get insects dead leaves dirt etc in so better to have a container with a cap also to prevent spillage when carrying.

My old Puck had the pump extended to go outside and drop in container, unfortunately I was not able to seal the top properly and we found ourselves drinking slug and earwig soup....
I have seen continental Eriba owners use a bucket for the waste water, however unless it is full of water it will be susceptible to been blown away in high winds.
I would use a flat waste container for the Puck as you don't really have the ground clearance for a bucket to fit underneath the van.

I'm vegan so don't really fancy slugs and earwigs! Maybe I'll buy bottled, leave my other half to slugs!

If you can find a container with a big enough lid to get the pipe and cable through cap then you can seal the top if not then something like an Aquaroll
