Here it is. We braved the rain and wind and went to Saumur for the weekend. Stayed in a campsite called l'île d'Offard and it was very good.

The sunshade was up in 5 minutes and the side panel can be put anywhere depending on where the sun's shining......wishful thinking this week end but.....
Saumur is a very beautiful and interesting town. Well worth a visit.

So envious - I've stayed at that campsite a couple of times (with my tent) and it's lovely.

Glad you enjoyed yourselves Islay. Love the colourful side wall.

Your Eriba is a 1998 isn't it? It looks like this one which is a late '90's smooth skin which, I think, is very unusual. g11p1057-Late-s-Smooth-Skin.html

Yes, it is and thank you! She's such a treat after years holidaying in a tent. The weather could NOT have been worse here last week end so she was tested in every way. We had some funny problems, but none that we had expected. For example, the stopper for the drinking water tank was broken. The key just turned round and round in the lock, then the barrel fell out altogether......

We too fell in love with Saumur on a visit there last summer while we were staying at Brissac-Quince. The campsite at l'ile d'Offard looks good too - we'll make a note for our next visit to the area.

It looks great, hope you are pleased with it, I know how much work goes into making something like that.
