Does anyone have a spare handset for a Reich mover with auto engage?
I think it's the grey handset with blue buttons I need

As the person says on the caravantalk link it might be a good idea to talk to Reich. We had a problem earlier this year and they were very helpful. Luckily it was still under warranty and they replaced it with no fuss. May be able to help with a repair.

Thanks for the suggestions. The problem is that I bought a Reich mover from a caravan breaker. Because it is auto-engage I need a handset with the extra buttons (the grey one) but he supplied the old blue remote which works fine on the drive motors, but obviously not on the auto-engage motor. And now I can't get a response from him, and he's at the other end of the country!
