Reminds me when the jukebox cost sixpence for one song and for a shilling got you 3 songs...............I used to get ex jukebox records from my local pub (before I was old enough to drink) and had to buy those little plastic bits that clipped into the centre on the record player

Meanwhile there was always pirate radio (when the governmint was not jamming them), I went all the way to Holland to see the pirate ships off the coast there

Went to see Nigel Kennedy at Southampton Guildhall last night. What a fiddler and showman. Last saw him there when he was a teen just making his way and quite precocious and also purist too. Not any more.

Check out Kennedy's 'Recital' album.
He proves to be one of the few classical artistes that can swing!

listen to absolute 80's on dab, the breakfast show is funny, and the no repeat is good for when listening all day.
think there is a 70 channel.
annoyingly formula 1 is not covered on channel four and is only highlighted later in day found bbc 5xl radio covered the qualifying, and bbc 5 covered the race, sounded rather dramatic wheels leaving cars, hammer down Hamilton at the back, the reds finding each other, and the bull finding a space.. all enjoyed while creating breakfast..
