Hi and welcome to the forum, Normandkaf.
Yes, you do seem to be approaching your Eriba ownership from the opposite direction to the majority of our members. Still, lots of people downsize as they get older. 
It's a bit quiet on here at the moment as most of our regulars are at or travelling to the forum's summer meet near Corby this weekend. Normal service will be resumed in a few days when I'm sure more people will be along to welcome you.
