Hymer instead of Eriba

Hi , noticed on our 2007 eriba familiar 310 that on front roof area it says hymer and not eriba, why's that....thanks in advance, garry

All Hymer caravans are badged Eriba throughout the world and their motorhomes Hymer apart from a couple of British suppliers who seem to have their imported Novas with only the Hymer badge.

Hi Garry.
This very question has just popped up on a German Facebook Eriba site and here's the answer:-

although the owner states that his Eriba was built in 2005 and Cerney ( the French Factory) closed in 2010

Randa, asked that question at recent motorhome and caravan show to guys from Eriba and they couldn't answer.....well they said that maybe a previous owner had put it on... oh well we live and learn, thanks for reply
