Not going to get a chance until about Sunday and then doubtful and busy Monday and Tuesday to have a look at the hanging off side mudflap which Ribski clevery spotted at Corby.

What's it like for replacing? Probably need to jack the van up anyway and we are leaving early Wednesday for Plough Lane, Chippenham then on to a hash event in Hampshire until Monday 22nd.

Does anyone know if they are easy to replace. Slide in, rivetted, screwed? Have to buy new I guess.

If they're anything like ours they'll just be screwed to the chassis subframe with a couple of self-tappers through washers, but since no two things on these vans are ever the same, I reckon you're best off hitching it to the car and jacking it up to have a look.

With a bit of luck it might be a simple matter of reattaching it.

Splodge a bit of Waxoyl into the hole(s) before you do...

Mine looks like they're attached by nut 'n bolt to an "L" shaped bracket which is attached to the chassis by self-tapper screws !

Had a look under today and there are self tappers and other screws either through the angle bracket Martin mentioned or the floor. With my limited strength and accessibility it's going to be either one of the young useful members of the family nearby or next time the van is serviced in early 2017 by AL before we aim to do our Somme trip after or before the Spring Meet.
