Window cleaning

Over 3 years of ownership and having tried a variety of different cloths it appears to be impossible to clean the Eriba windows without leaving behind very fine scratch marks. So how are others cleaning their windows or don't you bother? And if you are cleaning them is it without leaving any fine scratches?

I pour warm water with the Caravan cleaning fluid over the window then use my hand to gently rinse it off.

If you want to polish out the scratches I used Brasso which was really easy and took about 20 minutes for all the windows on our Troll, I posted it on here quite a while ago so I guess it's lurking somewhere!😎

as the others have said, wet windows when washing and then rinse with hose and as running water over window gently wipe windows with hand so you will feel any objects. Don't use any cloth on windows.

I can thoroughly endorse the Brasso approach. Excellent.

T-Cut works very well on perspex too - doesn't smell like Brasso either!

OK folks, thanks. So it seems that my options are either leaving the windows dirty, pour warm water over them and substitute hands for cloths or suffer the scratches and then use either Brasso or T-cut to sort out the damage later.
