For a couple of years now I have missed my old home made sun canopy.

And have contemplated buying all the stuff to make a new one, however I came across this one which looked a lot like I wanted without all that hassle.

So what do you get?

Strangely enough it comes with 6 pegs and only 3 guy lines I never did figure out what the three rubber bits were supposed to do, and the bag it came in was huge compared to other awning bags, no problem getting it all in there.
The seller, a forum member has kindly included his instructions to go with the German ones that come with it.
To start with the middle pole goes in

Then the other two so it looks like this

So far so good now it is suggested that you can roll the front part way or all the way up to make it smaller but this proved impossible for me to do alone and would be difficult for two people to do.

Looking back its probably upside down in the pictures as there is no makers name or markings to show which way up it should be.
Conclusions,
Its good for the price
Its hopeless if its windy, but then most sunshades are.
With the rolling up thing its probably trying to do too much.
I had some spare guy ropes with me but it will need 3 more if you get one.
Its pretty much what I would have made anyway so reasonably happy with it.
