Does anyone know why a growing number of member's IP addresses are located as Bexley, Erith? Not only new members but a lot of our existing members as well who we know don't live anywhere near Erith.

It couod be that they have their "location" turned off on things like google, I was totally mobile but recently I'm both mobile and static, and I know my location used to come up as 3's antenna!

Nothing to do with location services. The address is handed out on a large scale DHCP system just like the address of your machine within your home network are provided by your home router usually in the 192.168.n.n range - these are all private addresses and so are not unique.
Depending on a number of conditions, when your router dials up your ISP it is given a unique Public address from a bank of addresses provided to the ISP.
That address will last for a predefined period, or until next router re-boot, again depending on your ISP's policy. This is a useful discussion which helps illustrate the point.
