Well after 7 years of leaving the CC have surprised myself and re-joined which thought I would never do. Reason being is that we have booked into Trewethett Farm CC site for this weekend which overlooks Tintagel and is great location to watch Firework display. To book in as a non-member would have cost an additional £12/night on top of normal fees so that relates to half the membership fee. We are looking to book into Crystal Palace site next year to spend some time looking around London as not been there for decades so it made sense to join.
Hope I don't get the urge to join the C&CC as well

We've always said that the only reason we keep our membership is because of the Red Flag Cover that they offer for travelling abroad.

However, in September last year, we used three CC sites while touring Scotland and all were fairly relaxed and up to a very high standard.

They were Dunnet Head, Bunree and North Ledaig.
