Amazing Spaces might be worth a watch tonight, Channel 4, 8pm.

George Clarke and Will Hardie are trying to bring to life a 1930's caravan design, drawn up by a British POW in WWII.

That was a really lovely programme. The history of the POWs and the detail in the 'van, cutting bottles in half to make lights, brilliant.

It was a fascinating programme.

The booklet of drawings and design specifications was a real work of art but he's seriously cocked up the ground clearance.

I couldn't stop thinking about towing it over speed bumps.

Fantastic programme. George often has a good cry, but even the cameraman was moved to tears this time.

We know the guys who own the Winchester Caravan they looked round. We were sitting in it in August. The restoration of that could have made a great episode on its own.
