Sandwiched last night amongst programmes of all sorts, before and after, where I could decipher the dialogue, was the drama REPLACEMENT. I watched it all on the basis I could see what was going on but didn't pick up the dialogue. The news after, featured recorded interviews for all sorts and I could hear every word.

Carole said if you wore your hearing aids that would be a help, but it isn't. I didn't wear them yesterday as we went swimming and couldn't be bothered to put them in. They are not a great improvement anyway, but I persist.

Wonder what the Amplifon aids are like? they're widely advertised.

I aim to find the production company hired by the Beeb to make the drama and have a go at them.

I have a couple of hearing aids, I have lost the ability to hear high pitch tones which makes it especially difficult to hear children and women's voices. The aids make a massive difference, when the grand kids get a bit noisy I turn them off

If your aids are not working how about these beauties Derek ...
